We are proud to offer a return policy on unopened regular shade hair extensions.Please Note that Refund / Exchange Requests must be made within 7 days of Purchase and meet the criteria outlined below: We will refund the purchase amount of the product and not the shipping cost.

Cancel Order

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us(services@myladyhair.com) in time after your purchase.


  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase to initiate a returns/exchanges
  • Extensions must be in all of its original packaging & not be removed from the packaging
  • Hair must not have been installed,colored,cut,or altered in any manner.
  • Depending on the situation,we may ask you to send photos of your hair problem

The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.
Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

Note:

1.If you want to return it within 7 days,Please keep the item in original condition,Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return and more.

2.20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise ,because Myladyhair do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

3.No Return&Exchange for customized hair.

Return & Exchange Method 2

Step 1

Please contact our Myladyhair services representatives within 7 days of receipt of your hair via mail.

Please indicate the reason you want to exchange or return your hair,please attach any applicable

Step 2

Our customer services representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays and vacations)

After the return/exchange request has been authorized,our customer service will send you a Return&Exchange address to you.


Step 3

Please ship hair back to the address we provide you,please include the order number.You're also responsible for the return shipping charge.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
